Bio
Mr. Lyons is an Investment Analyst on the Jair Lynch Asset Management Team. He is primarily responsible for assisting Jair Lynch’s Asset Managers and Directors of Investments with reporting, ad-hoc projections, and strategic initiatives. Mr. Lyons utilizes his prior experience in affordable housing financing to help prepare LIHTC applications.
Prior to joining Jair Lynch, Mr. Lyons worked as an underwriting analyst for CBRE’s Affordable Housing Debt team where he was responsible for assisting with underwriting debt for Blackstone, Fairfield, and Jair Lynch. Mr. Lyons also spent time working as a financial consultant for a $300MM family firm based out of Los Angeles leading multifamily acquisitions and underwriting.
