Bio

As President and CEO of Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Mr. Lynch assumes primary responsibility for firm management and project coordination, with a commitment to developing a quality product and superior service. That commitment has produced distinctive urban mixed-use projects for investors and a distinguished list of public, private and non-profit clients.

Mr. Lynch has more than 25 years of experience as an investor and developer, including projects in Silicon Valley and the Washington, DC region. Since founding the firm in 1998, he has accumulated over $3.0 billion of assets under management, with an additional 4.5 million square feet in the active pipeline. These include urban infill residential, commercial, retail, and institutional projects involving new construction, renovation, and historic preservation.

He is a driving force for urban regeneration, working in walkable urban places to empower people, develop place, and create prosperity. Mr. Lynch has a BS in Civil Engineering and a BA in Urban Design from Stanford University. Mr. Lynch was also named a James L. Loeb Fellow at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. Mr. Lynch has served on the boards and committees of the United States Olympic Committee, the Initiative of Competitive Inner Cities, LOCUS, the Federal City Council, the Developer Roundtable, Manna Inc., and the Sidwell Friends School
