Eric L. Means

Bio

As Portfolio Controller, Mr. Means is responsible for managing the overall accounting functions of the organization, including completion of day-to-day transactions, as well as investor, lender, and governmental compliance reporting, specifically including project-level financial analysis. Mr. Means reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and serves as an integral team member of the Business Office.

Prior to joining Jair Lynch, Mr. Means spent over three years at Allied Telecom Group, where he served as Director of Finance. Prior to that position, he was the Corporate Controller at The Ross Companies for 12 years where he oversaw all accounting and financial reporting for the ownership entities and managed investor reporting for the local multifamily residential owner / operator.
