Jair Lynch managed the renovation of Unity’s Upper Cardozo health care center, which has the highest volume of patients of all their heath care centers in the District of Columbia. This 4-story, 65,000 SF center will receive a full in-place renovation to transform the existing clinic with outmoded systems into a new state-of-the-art facility. Funding was provided by the DC Primary Care Association as part of its Medical Homes DC Initiative, a public-private partnership with the Department of Health, as well as the American Recovery Reinvestment Act and private bank financing. The projected delivered the fourth quarter of 2011.
