Jair Lynch managed a 12,500 square foot addition to KIPP DC’s WILL Academy, which it shared with Scott Montgomery Elementary School, a DC Public School. Jair Lynch leveraged its public-private expertise to deliver a 7,500 square foot gymnasium, 2,000 SF multi-purpose room, and 3,000 SF of K-3 classroom space for the opening of the 2009 academic year. The new facility also boasts a geothermal heat pump. All improvements are shared by KIPP DC and DCPS as part of a dynamic co-location agreement.
