Jair Lynch managed the development of two branch libraries on behalf of DC Public Library. Both libraries, the Francis A. Gregory and William O. Lockridge/Bellevue branches, were designed by world renowned architect David Adjaye, whose pioneering concept of libraries as community centers is celebrated in cities throughout the world. Both projects have brought iconic architecture to their respective neighborhoods – Francis Gregory is located in Ward 7 and William O. Lockridge/Bellevue is located in Ward 8, and; both libraries achieved LEED® Silver certification.
