Jair Lynch managed for Community of Hope, a non-profit that provides health care and housing to low-income and homeless families, the development of a new Conway Health and Resource Center. The 50,000 square foot facility delivered in 2013 and features eighteen medical rooms, nine dental chairs, a laboratory, and space for educational classes, enrollment in benefits, social services, and individual and group counseling. Financing was provided by the DC Primary Care Association as part of its Medical Homes DC Initiative, a public-private partnership with the Department of Health, as well as the American Recovery Reinvestment Act and the Affordable Care Act Facilities Program. The center is LEED-certified as Silver and includes state-of-the-art technology such as electronic health records.
