Clarkston Station & Woodside Village
Jair Lynch acquired two multifamily properties outside of Atlanta, Georgia – Clarkston Station and Woodside Village – with Nuveen Real Estate in 2022 as the first step in a larger expansion initiative throughout the Southeastern U.S. The two communities represent a collective 716 apartment homes and currently operate under the Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (“LIHTC”) program with affordability restrictions through 2043 and 2036, respectively.
