Placemaking
Reimagining Urban Places
Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners specializes in the responsible transformation of walkable urban places. We do this by combining social responsibility with sound economic development in pursuit of creating sustainable, extraordinary neighborhoods that connect to the soul of a place.
Our Placemaking Perspective
Inspiring People By Their Surroundings to Live and Learn
Live
We develop and acquire multifamily housing with a priority focus on Housing For All. We are committed to developing across the entire spectrum of housing options from Class A market residential to deeply affordable housing and everything in between.
Play
We create dynamic, extraordinary places for people to gather, make memories, learn, and play. We aim to create places that will fill needs in the communities we serve and design assets with distinct identities. Whether adding tot lots and fitness amenities to affordable housing developments or bringing an eatertainment leader to a bustling ballpark neighborhood, we build so our communities can play.
Prosper
We strive to create space and opportunity for our residents, tenants, partners, investors, communities, and neighbors to thrive. We aim to positively change the trajectories of the communities we serve, and to give artists and businesses of all sizes a platform to succeed.
