Jair Lynch serves as development manager for the design and redevelopment of a former DC Public School and new construction addition for the KIPP: DC’s Smilow School Campus. The project is renovating the existing building into a 48,000 square foot elementary school while the new construction project is adding a 45,000 square middle school and 9,000 square foot early childhood education school. The total 120,000 square foot building will connect all three schools to take advantage of the shared new office space, cafeteria, and gymnasium. Delivery is June 2016.
