Bill C. Grayson Joins JL’s Development Team

Bill Grayson, a Development Associate with Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, focuses on the management and delivery of projects. Mr. Grayson is responsible for project controls, such as scheduling and budget tracking, that ensure the success of projects. Mr. Grayson has direct construction experience including field work, estimating, and project management with Clark Construction and Suffolk Construction. Mr. Grayson has worked across asset classes including mixed-use, office, multifamily, and educational, including the 750,000SF Liberty Mutual headquarters in Boston. Mr. Grayson brings a diverse background in planning, executing, and managing projects, whether new construction or renovations.

Mr. Grayson received a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Gettysburg College and is currently pursuing a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
